Our heroine, survives enormous hardships but continues to move forward when many would have quit. This book addresses human trafficking, post-traumatic stress disorder and the struggles Middle Eastern women often face in society. Ms. Williby takes us into worlds we will hopefully never have to experience, but makes us feel like we have.
I was hooked right from the start and only put it down long enough to grab more tissues! If you enjoy a good cry, a great love story and a strong heroine, this is your book. Be aware there is a definite cliff hanger, but it should be worth the wait. I have a feeling we will be hearing more from Kaden’s point of view in her next book.”
